On March 3, 2025, we had the honor to host our esteemed Indian clients, Mr.Rahul, Mr.Vikram and Mr.Ajay at our company-Guangdong Richpacking Machinery. The visit, led by our sales representative Mary and experienced engineer Mr. Yang, provided our clients with an in-depth inspection at our advanced pharmaceutical and packaging solutions.
During the visit, Mary shared the story of Guangdong Richpacking Machinery, showcasing our 31 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and packaging machinery industry. We specialize in the manufacturing of the machines such as Tablet press machines, Capsule filling machines, Blister packing machines , Tablet capsule counting machines and Cartoning machines, etc.
Our clients Mr. Rahul acknowledged that the machines were made of the high quality materials, which was essential for the machine durability as he wanted something that could sustained long-term operation.
When spotting the 16C Capsule Tablet Counting and Bottling Line, all clients were very interested to know more about this production line. Our engineer Mr.Yang walked the clients through the entire process, demonstrating the role of each machine in the production line:
• Bottle Unscrambler – Automatically sorts and feeds bottles on the conveyor belt
• Tablet Capsule Counting Machine – Accurately counts tablets or capsules and place them into the bottles.
• Checkweigher – Optional machine for the purpose of a more precise bottling by the measurement of the weight of each bottle.
• Desiccant Inserter – Adds desiccant packets into each bottle.
• Capping Machine – Securely seals the bottles with caps.
• Aluminum Foil Sealing Machine – Creates an airtight seal for product protection.
• Labeling Machine – Applies labels with precision for production information, as well as printing batch numbers, production dates, etc.
After witnessing the seamless working process, Mr.Vikram was particularly impressed with the system’s ability to streamline the production process. He noted that it would significantly reduce manual labor in capsule counting and bottling, calling it a game-changing solution for his business.
Mr. Ajay added that they had been searching for such high-performing solutions for a long time and this inspection gave them strong confidence in the next step partnership with us.
At the end of the visit, Mary provided a detailed quotation of this 16C Capsule Tablet Counting and Bottling Line for our clients. They were pleased with the professional service and impressed by our efficiency in offering solution and a comprehensive quotation.
